Gossip decision vectors with Byzantine-tolerant quorum for contested and lossy links.
≤512 bytes/drone/s decision vectors; N=20 tolerates f≤6 Byzantine faults with 2f+1=13 peer quorum; resilience ≥40% packet loss / ≥30% node failure.
Fuses at decision level rather than raw sensor streams. Primary 5.8 GHz OFDM carries full vectors; LoRa 868 MHz carries reduced ≤50 B payloads under ETSI EN 300 220 duty-cycle limits.
Lightweight PBFT adaptation for asynchronous gossip. Validated first in ROS 2/Gazebo with configurable packet-loss and fault injection.
